We’re squeezing every last drop out of the summer holidays with a road trip to Sennen Cove in Cornwall.

Sennen is Cornwall’s most westerly surf hotspot. Still retaining the atmosphere of an old fishing village, the small and relaxed harbour is a great place to stop on your Cornish road trip.

Sennen’s ‘Whitesands Bay’ stretches out along the cove with its clear waters and wide golden sands. Some days huge blue rollers head towards the shore making it a surfers paradise.

Much less crowded than some of Cornwall’s more well known surf spots, there is a surf school set up right on the beach which is one of the longest running surf schools in the uk.

There is also a large Beach Bar where you can eat hand stretched pizzas post surf overlooking the cove.

Give Sennen a try on your next surf safari!
