We ship Worldwide.
Delivery within the UK is £4.50 and is free when you spend over £40.
Shipping to Europe is a flat rate of £10.50 and is free when you spend over £100.
Worldwide shipping is a flat rate of £13.50 and is free when you spend over £100.
UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery and International orders are shipped by Royal Mail International Signed For delivery.
Both methods provide a tracking number which we will send you in your delivery confirmation email. We provide a link to where your item can be tracked both in the email and also in the footer links on our website.

UK- INTERNATIONAL
All orders will be sent out within 3 days of payment, any hand made/ made to order items may take slightly longer so we ask you to take this into account when buying. If your order is for a Birthday or Christmas present and you need it urgently, please email us before buying here and we will do our upmost to get it to you on time.
Returns / Exchange
If you're not satisfied with your order, please email us using the form on our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund or exchange. If you don't email us first we can't refund/ exchange your item.
To exchange an item you will be asked to pay for the re-postage.
Returns are made minus shipping costs.
We must receive orders in the same condition as it was received by you. We can't make a refund for goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whilst being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt.
Until the order reaches us again it is your responsibility. We recommend that you send the goods using an insured delivery service.
Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are your full responsibility. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.
Payment Methods
We accept credit cards and debit card payments via PayPal, the world's largest free online payment service. You can also choose to use your PayPal account to make a payment.
You don't have to have a Paypal account to pay us this way. If you don't have a PayPal account, at the payment screen simply follow the button labelled "If you do not currently have a PayPal account Click Here" and you will be given the option to pay without needing a PayPal account.
