So we’ve been super quiet this last week because we were away in Berlin soaking up the nightlife, sites and many fleamarkets the city has to offer.
No doubt the best market we went to was the Flohmmarkt am Mauerpark. It was cram packed with vintage leather satchels, fur jackets, and wartime army memorabilia alongside locals hawking their wares. Our personal favourite was a stall that sold straw boaters made from vintage hessian sacks (very Dash Snow).
Alongside the vintage extravaganza there is a park (Mauerpark) with plenty going on so its more of an event than an everyday shopping trip.
So to anyone thinking of making a trip to Berlin make sure you take a visit to the flea markets on a Sunday… this one in particular!
